The TORP TC1000 2.X replaces the stock Light Bee controller with a full FOC unit rated at 700 A battery / 1000 A phase, pre-calibrated for the Light Bee and Segway X260. It talks to the original BMS, keeps the factory display working, and everything for the install is in the box. Read the power table below before you buy — how much of that headroom reaches the ground depends entirely on your motor.

What the TC1000 actually delivers on the stock battery — by model year
On a stock pack the limit is the battery BMS, not the controller. That is why the model year decides the result.

Plug ’n’ play fit
Riding something else? TC1000 2.X for Sur-Ron Ultra Bee, TC1000 2.X for Talaria MX3 / MX4, TC1000 2.X for Talaria MX5. The MX5 uses a different wiring harness, so it is a separate kit — ordering the MX3 / MX4 version for an MX5 will not fit.
