On a tuned Ultra Bee the stock controller is what runs out first. The TORP TC1000 2.X replaces it with a full FOC unit rated at 700 A battery / 1000 A phase — and it arrives pre-calibrated for the Ultra Bee, so there is no mapping session, no dyno, no guesswork. It talks to the original BMS, keeps your factory display alive, and everything you need to fit it is in the box, including the aluminium heatsink and thermal grease.

Questions riders actually ask
Do I have to program or calibrate anything?
No. The unit ships pre-calibrated for the Ultra Bee. Fit it, pair the app, ride. Fine-tuning is optional, not required.
Will my factory display still work?
Yes. The TC1000 communicates with the original BMS and drives the stock Sur-Ron display — nothing to bypass, nothing to delete.
Does 50 kW mean my bike makes 50 kW?
No, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a number. 50 kW is what the controller can deliver; what reaches the ground depends on your motor and battery. On a stock Ultra Bee motor you get a large, very usable gain — the full 50 kW is only on the table with a matched high-output motor.
What breaks first once I add this power?
The drive belt. More torque through a stock belt shortens its life fast — fit a reinforced Ultra Bee belt at the same time and you save yourself a trailside repair.
