The 96 Power Parts online store returns policy is as follows:
- Goods made or modified to the customer's order are not returnable. This applies to products that are individually tailored to the customer's needs, such as wheels, vehicle modifications, etc. Before placing an order for this type of goods, please carefully read the information on the product page and consult any doubts with our customer service department.
- Other goods purchased in our online store can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, in accordance with applicable law. During this time, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
- To return an item, please complete the returns form available in the My Orders tab at the bottom of the page.
- The method of returning the goods is any courier company or parcel locker, at the customer's expense.
- The customer can choose a convenient delivery method and deliver the returned goods to our warehouse. The return address is as follows.

- The customer is responsible for properly packing the returned goods to avoid possible damage during transport. We recommend using the original packaging or other suitable protective material to preserve the condition of the product.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will verify them to confirm that they comply with the return conditions. If the goods meet the required criteria, we will refund the customer the amount corresponding to the value of the purchased goods. The refund will be made to the same payment method that was used during the purchase.
