Reinforced Primary Drive Belt — Sur-Ron Ultra Bee

The primary belt is the weakest link in an Ultra Bee drivetrain once the bike makes more than stock power. This reinforced belt is built to take that extra torque while keeping the quiet, smooth belt drive the Ultra Bee is designed around.

What it is not: a performance part on its own. It will not make the bike faster. It stops the drivetrain from becoming the limit — and stops you walking home.

NOT included — and one honest warningBelt only. Pulleys, sprockets and mounting hardware are not in the box. And the honest part: a reinforced belt raises the ceiling, it does not remove it. If you have gone to a TM50 Pro or a big controller, the belt is one of several things that need attention — pulleys and rear drive wear at the same rate.

Check the pulleys while the belt is off. A worn pulley eats a new belt quickly.
If you are upgrading power, order the belt with the upgrade, not after it fails.
Keep the old belt as a trail spare if it still has teeth.

FAQ

Will this make my Ultra Bee faster?No. It stops the drivetrain from being the limit. Power comes from the controller, motor and battery.

Does it fit a Light Bee?No. The Light Bee uses a different primary belt — we stock that one separately.

Do I need to change the pulleys too?Not automatically, but inspect them. A worn pulley will chew through a new belt.

How long does a belt last?It depends entirely on power, launches and pulley condition. There is no honest mileage figure — inspect it instead.
