Switching to the 96 Direct Mount stem stiffens the front end, but it takes away the factory headlight mounting point. This spacer fixes both at once: it lifts the bar another 25 mm and brings its own light bracket, machined into the same part.
CNC-machined from aluminium, black anodised. Longer bolts for the 96 Direct Mount stem are in the box — you do not have to source them separately.

A higher bar shifts more weight rearwards. Lifting the front gets easier and standing is more comfortable, but you get less front-wheel load in fast corners. On trail riding that is a win; on a fast, hard track it is a matter of taste.

This is an accessory for the 96 Direct Mount stem, not a stem on its own. Without it there is nothing to raise. The kit does not include a headlight or the bolts to fasten the light itself — you pick those to suit your specific light, because every manufacturer uses a different bracket thickness.

Check before you buy
- Do you have the 96 Direct Mount stem? That is the requirement — this spacer only mounts on it.
- Bolt spacing on your light. The bracket is 42 mm. A different spacing means you will need an adapter.
- Cable and hose length. The bar goes up another 25 mm — check the slack on the brake hose and light wiring at full lock.
- Light bolts are on you. Only the longer stem bolts are included.

Does it fit the stock Sur-Ron stem?
No. It was built for the 96 Direct Mount stem and mounts on that only.
What is the total rise?
55 mm from the stem plus 25 mm from the spacer gives 80 mm.
Which headlight will fit?
The bracket has 42 mm spacing and two mounting positions. The 96 Power Parts Super Blinder fits with no modification, as do most aftermarket off-road lights.
Do I get bolts?
The longer stem bolts are included. Bolts for the light itself are not — pick those to match the bracket thickness of your headlight.
Does it change the handling?
Yes. A higher bar shifts weight rearwards: easier to lift the front, less front-wheel load in fast corners.
Can I stack two for 50 mm?
We do not recommend it. The included bolts are sized for one spacer, and at 50 mm the leverage on the stem mount grows.
