CNC 7075 adapter and 240 mm disc. The mechanical part of the front conversion.

The kit that lets you fit the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee front brake system to a Light Bee X, Light Bee L1e or 79BIKE Falcon Pro. It contains a CNC adapter in aerospace 7075 aluminium and a 240 mm disc, 3.3 mm thick.

Said plainly: this is the mechanical part of the conversion — mounting and disc. The master cylinder, caliper with pads and line are in the complete Ultra Bee front brake. Without them this kit will not stop the machine. Do the front first — under braking the front wheel carries most of the load.

Is this a complete brake?

No. It is adapter and disc — the mechanical part of the conversion. Master cylinder, caliper and line are in the complete Ultra Bee front brake.

Front or rear first?

Front. Under braking the front wheel carries most of the load, so the gain is immediate.

Will the 240 mm disc work with the stock Light Bee caliper?

No. The larger disc needs this adapter and an Ultra Bee caliper.

Is a disc guard included?

No. The manufacturer does not include one in the front conversion. The rear version does include a guard.

Does it fit the 79BIKE Falcon Pro?

Yes — the manufacturer lists that model alongside Light Bee X and L1e.
