The latest generation Talaria with an IPM motor and a 72 V 40 Ah battery. 13.4 kW peak power and 500 Nm at the wheel, no clutch, no gears. In L1e form it is road-legal across the EU and registers as a moped — in most countries an AM or B licence is enough.
This is the factory version, on the original 19/19 wheels. If you want the same bike on full-size 18/21 wheels with revised lighting and a plate holder, we sell it as the 18/21 Edition by 96 Power Parts.

A note on the factory spec sheet: it lists 19"/19" wheels because it describes the standard version. This bike leaves us on 18/21 wheels — which is why both rows appear separately. We also do not present "up to 100 km" as a promise: that is the manufacturer figure at 25 km/h in Eco mode.

Before you buy
- 45 km/h is a factory limit that comes with L1e homologation — that is what the legal road version looks like.
- The bike needs registration and insurance like a moped. We prepare it for registration, but the paperwork is yours.
- 18/21 wheels change seat height compared with the stock bike. If you are unsure about your height, message us before ordering.
FAQ
How does it differ from the 18/21 Edition?
Wheels and preparation. This version has the factory 19/19. The 18/21 Edition leaves us on full-size wheels, with revised lighting and a plate holder.
Can the 45 km/h limit be removed?
We do not advise it and we do not do it on our bikes. Removing the limit ends the homologation, and with it road legality and insurance cover.
How is this different from a standard Talaria MX5?
18/21 wheels instead of the factory 19s, revised lighting, a plate holder, and the fact that the bike is assembled, configured and tested here before it goes out.
Can I add more power later?
Yes — we stock TORP TC1000 controllers and the rest of the hardware for Talaria. Just remember that modifications beyond the homologation change the legal status of the bike.
