The 2026 Sur-Ron Light Bee X and L1E (10 kW, SRTC traction control) come with new forged four-piston calipers — and a new pad shape. Pads from the 2018–2025 Light Bee will not fit, and these will not fit the older bikes.
These pads are full metal: a sintered copper-based friction compound. It's built for hard off-road riding — it holds braking power in mud, in water and through repeated hard stops on a descent, where organic pads quickly fade.

Do they fit the 2018–2025 Light Bee?
No. The 2026 model has a new caliper and a different pad shape. We carry separate pads for older Light Bees.
Is one set enough for front and rear?
No — one set is 2 pads for one caliper. Order 2 to cover both brakes.
How do I bed in new pads?
Do 8–10 stops from medium to low speed, gradually harder, without locking the wheel. Then ride hard.
Do sintered pads wear the rotor faster?
Sintered compounds are more aggressive than organic ones, so the rotor wears slightly faster. In return you get consistent braking in the wet and under heat.
