Light Bee X Front Number Plate — genuine Sur-Ron

Factory front plate in bare plastic. Fits the original mounting points, no modification.

The front plate goes first. In a tip-over on rocks, or when it catches a branch, the plastic cracks at the mount — and then the wiring at the headstock sits exposed and the bike looks like it has been through a claim. This is the genuine Sur-Ron service part, not a copy: shape and mounting points match to the millimetre.

The second function is practical: the plate covers the wiring loom at the headstock. That is not only cosmetic — a tucked-away bundle does not snag on branches and does not take mud straight off the front wheel.

Before you order

Confirm you have the off-road X, not the L1e — the road version routes its front end differently.
Model year 2025 and older. This plate does not fit the Light Bee 2 (2026+).
The plate arrives as bare plastic. Decals and race numbers are not included.
When fitting, route the loom under the plate without tension — chafed insulation at this spot is the most common fault after a season.

Is this genuine Sur-Ron or a copy?

Are decals included?

No. The plate comes as clean, factory-new plastic — add your own race number or wrap.

Does the plate cover the wiring loom?

Yes. That is its second job: the cables at the headstock disappear from view and stop catching on branches.

Does it fit the Light Bee L1e?

This version is listed for the off-road X. If you have an L1e, send us the model year and we will confirm before you order.

How is it different from a cheaper copy?

Plastic thickness and flex, plus the spacing of the mounting points. Copies typically crack exactly at the mount.
