On an electric dirt bike a fender is not decoration — it decides how you look and how much cleaning you do after a ride in the mud. The catch is that each fender protects something different, so buying one does not solve the problem that belongs to another.
The stock rear fender on a Sur-Ron is simply too short. This one is extended and very flexible — which is exactly why it survives hits that would crack rigid plastic. It is the only part in this family that actually protects your back.
Which fender protects what
| Part | What it actually protects | When you need it |
|---|---|---|
| Front fender | You and the front of the bike from what the front wheel throws up | Always, if you ride in the wet — it is the first line |
| Extended rear fender | Your back | The stock one is too short and water off the rear wheel lands on your jacket anyway |
| Lower rear fender (on the swingarm) | The shock and its shaft from mud and grit | You ride in mud — grit on the shaft means ruined seals |
| Upper rear fender | The area under the seat and the pack from above | It completes the set; on its own it does not replace the extended one |
| Side panel / under-seat guard | The sides of the frame and the space under the seat | It finishes the bodywork once you have the rest |
The most common misunderstanding: someone buys the lower swingarm fender and wonders why their back is still wet. That lower one protects the shock, not you. Your back is the job of the extended rear fender — two different parts doing two different things.
What you get
OEM quality
Material thickness and fit like the factory part. It does not bend out or flutter at speed.
Mounting bolts included
Nothing to source separately. Fits the factory points, no drilling and no modification.
gloss black finish
Gloss black, the same shade as the factory plastics. It does not stand out from the rest of the bike.
Model-specific fit
This fender is made for the Sur-Ron Light Bee / Segway X260. It is not a universal piece trimmed to fit on the spot.
Before you buy
You get the fender with its mounting bolts.
Fits: Sur-Ron Light Bee / Segway X260. Mounting points and shape differ between models — a fender from another bike will not sit.
Carbon-look is a finish, not a structural material. It looks like carbon and cleans the same way, but the strength is that of an OEM-quality moulded part. We do not sell it as carbon, because it is not.

Fenders work as a set. If you already have the front one, the biggest difference to your maintenance will come from the lower swingarm fender — that is what keeps grit off the shock shaft.

Check before you buy
- Model. This fender is for the Sur-Ron Light Bee / Segway X260. Shape and mounting points differ between models.
- What you want to cover. The front one shields you from the front, the extended rear one your back, the lower swingarm one the shock. Three different problems.
- Finish. Gloss black and carbon-look differ in appearance, not in strength.
- Condition of the old one. If you are replacing a cracked fender, check the mounting bosses for damage while you are there.
Frequently asked
Are the bolts included?
Yes. It fits the factory points, with no drilling and no modification.
Is the carbon-look version stronger than the black one?
No. That is a difference in finish, not in structural material. Both versions have the same strength and the same OEM quality.
I bought the swingarm fender and my back is still wet. Why?
Because the lower swingarm fender protects the shock from mud, not you. Your back is the job of the extended rear fender — a separate part.
Does it fit another model?
No. Sur-Ron Light Bee / Segway X260 — those only. Shape and mounting spacing differ on every model.
Do I need all the fenders at once?
No. Start with the one that solves your problem: a wet back is the extended rear, a gritty shock is the lower swingarm one, a splattered front is the front fender.
