The full waffle pattern runs all the way around and works like the tread of a mud tyre — it holds your hand in rain, deep mud and sand, which is exactly where stock grips start to spin. The rubber is ODI's own compound: durable, but not so hard that it takes the feel of the bike away.
The grips are universal — they go onto a 22 mm handlebar grip zone, which is what most electric bikes use, including Sur-Ron, Talaria, 79Bike and E-Ride Pro. Our Renthal and Accel handlebars have a 22.2 mm grip zone, so they fit too.

All four are the same grip — only the colour differs. Rubber, pattern and diameter are identical, so choose to match the bike, not looking for a "better version".

The pattern covers the whole circumference, not just the top. In the wet your hand has nowhere to slip.
Single Ply
Single-layer slide-on construction — simple and resistant to scuffing in a crash.
Larger diameter
Less hand fatigue and fewer vibrations. On small hands it will feel too thick — more on that below.
ODI compound
Durability without losing feel. The maker does not publish a rubber hardness figure.
Before you buy
These are slide-on grips, not lock-ons. You will need grip glue or safety wire — neither is included.
The larger diameter is both a plus and a minus. A big hand gets fewer vibrations and less fatigue; a small hand has to squeeze harder, which achieves the opposite. If you wear size S gloves, consider a thinner grip.

Fitting in short
- The fastest way to get old grips off is a shot of compressed air or soapy water underneath them.
- Degrease the bar before gluing — no glue holds a grip on a greasy tube.
- Give them a few hours after gluing before the first ride.
- For mud riding add safety wire — two minutes of work and grips never spin again.
Frequently asked questions
Will they fit my bike?
They fit a 22 mm handlebar grip zone — which is what most electric bikes use, including Sur-Ron, Talaria, 79Bike and E-Ride Pro, as well as our Renthal and Accel handlebars. Measure the bare grip zone with a caliper once the old grip is off.
Are these lock-on or plain slide-on grips?
Plain slide-on, in Single Ply construction. Lock-ons have a plastic sleeve and a clamp bolt; these hold with glue, optionally plus safety wire.
Is a full waffle too aggressive for short rides?
A full waffle is built for wet and mud, so on dry tarmac it can feel coarse against a bare hand. In gloves you will not notice, and in the rain you will be glad.
Do I get an invoice and a warranty?
