The Factory Kit is a complete bodywork plastics set for the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee in yellow — nine pieces that change the whole silhouette of the bike. This is not a single panel to replace after a crash, it is the full set: both fenders, headlight mask, a pair of radiator shrouds, a pair of side number plates and a pair of fork guards.
The side number plates do two jobs at once: they give you a place for your race number and they close off the area under the seat where mud and gravel come up from the rear wheel. The shroud profile is shaped around the knee — the bike is easier to grip with your legs in a corner. That is the difference you feel in the first hour of riding, not just something you see in a photo.

What is actually in the box
Front and rear fender
The two largest pieces. The rear one has a shaped plate area and mounts in the factory points.
Radiator shrouds — pair
Left and right. These are what your knees press against; their shape decides the grip.
Side number plates — pair
Race number plus a shield for the under-seat area against gravel off the rear wheel.
Headlight mask and fork guards — pair
The mask closes the front, the guards protect the fork tubes from stone chips and sand.
Before you buy — what this kit does NOT include
There is no battery cover, no seat and no graphics or decals in the set. The colour is moulded through the material, not painted — a scratch does not expose a different colour underneath, but you also cannot change it after purchase. The manufacturer does not state the kit weight or whether bolts are included: assume you reuse the factory Ultra Bee fasteners, and replace any that are worn while you have the bodywork off. The kit fits the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee only — nothing from it transfers to a Light Bee, Talaria or E-Ride Pro.

Fitting — four things from experience
- Remove the old plastics back to front and lay the bolts out in order — with nine pieces it is easy to lose track.
- Do not overtighten. PP flexes; a bolt done up hard tears the boss out on the first crash.
- Fit the fork guards before the front wheel goes back on, if you happen to have it off — it saves fighting the caliper.
- A new kit can arrive slightly distorted from transport. Leave it in a warm room for an hour before fitting and it returns to shape.
Frequently asked questions
Does the kit include a battery cover?
No. The battery cover is not part of this set — the product photo shows all nine pieces you receive.
Does it fit a Light Bee or a Talaria?
No. This kit is Sur-Ron Ultra Bee only. The shroud shape and mounting points differ on every one of those models.
Are number decals included?
No. The number plates are plain — you apply your own number or order graphics from a printer.
Do the fork guards fit an aftermarket fork?
On the factory Ultra Bee fork, yes. If you run a replacement fork, message us with the model and we will check the tube diameter before shipping.
